We are not call centre operators. When you contact support you'll be speaking to someone who works at our head office Mail Centre, does the job of managing your post every day,
and actually enjoys speaking to our customers!
The Support office is manned from 8am until 4pm (UK time), Monday to Saturday, including Bank Holidays.
We have learned over the last 18 years that these early hours offer our customers abroad (in 22 countries at the last count!) the best possible 'cross over' of time zones.
Because there are no Royal Mail or courier collections at the weekend, our mailrooms are closed, but the Support team will always be available from 8am on Saturday if you need help!
With only support staff on site we are unable to carry out a manual check on the contents of a mailbox, or process a scan on demand. We'll still be here to advise, of course, but the mailrooms will be locked.
